Snowbird

We had the opportunity to leave a day early so we quickly packed up Thursday night and arrived late Friday night up the Canyon. Mom seemed to know right away that we would be a day early and Grandma caught on when my mom said we were stopping in Evenston WY for dinner and to get Kendall some new shoes since all she had brought with her were flip flops. Heidi and John also showed up Friday night so we talked and played over in Grandma's Condo for an hour or so til bedtime.

Saturday. (Our extra day there because of the early arrival) We hiked Lake Cathrine.

Dylan, Dad, and I were the only ones to hike all the way down to the lake and then back out. Everyone else turned around back up at the top..

Dylan fell asleep before dinner. We woke him up and asked him if he wanted to eat. Nope he just moved over to his bed and was out for the rest of the night.

(Zach, Lynette, Carter, Dylan, Kendall, Dad, Kyle, Heidi, and John all went on this hike.)

Sunday (We got all day passes to do the Alpine Slide, Ropes Course, Rock Wall, Trampoline, Zip Line, etc)

Zach John, and Logan all rode their bikes down the mtn after taking the tram to the top.

The girls all hung out with the kids and did the slides and ropes courses.

Monday:
We hiked out the deer trail, and then dropped down to a parallel trail that went out past the platform and to a beautiful waterfall. Then back tracked and climbed up to the platform, and back to the condo.

Tuesday:

White Pine Trail Hike

The kids relaxed while watching the 3 musketeers Kendall fell asleep here curled up next to Carter.

Wednesday:

Cercret Lake Hike

Dylan was always looking for a rock or obstacle to climb on. This time all 3 kids had to try it out. It was pretty steep. They were trying not to slide down.

After the hike we cooled off in the pool.









Thursday:

Our last day up the canyon we bought day passes and played all day.

Zach and Logan went down the mountain on their mountain bikes at least 2 more times. The kids conquered the rock wall. (Dylan and Kendall spent a full 30 minutes hanging on to climbing and repelling back down. My arms hurt from helping and watching.)

They all got a turn on the Bungee Tramp, Ropes Course, and Alpine Slide multiple times. Over all it was a great trip!













Friday, we packed up and moved out of the condo and back down into my mom's house for a night. We ordered family pictures from all the pictures Alex took (Thanks Alex!)

Saturday:

Boating with Dad






The kids had a blast riding on Grandpa's boat. The tubes were just what I remembered riding as a kid. Even Uncle Kyle got in on the fun. And I showed the kids I could still water ski although none of them thought that looked like much fun. The camera battery was about dead so Zach didn't get any pictures of me skiing.

Thanks for the wonderful vacation Grandma and Grandpa Nesbitt and Mom and Dad! Let's do it again sometime!
